…making things … using crayons, paint, clay… glue… blunt-nose scissors….chalk. And whatever you made. Someone celebrated it. Put it on the fridge. Wondered at your creativity.

But somewhere along the way, people started saying … “But that doesn’t look like a lion” … ”The tree is crooked” … and then we stopped. So many of us stopped. All of it. The imagining. The coloring. The paints and clay shapes. We stopped creating.

But we didn’t have to. And we can start again anytime. Here are a few stories of those who have.
